OUR PRIORITY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders are dispatched each week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, for arrival later the same week. We DO NOT ship any packages to transit over the weekend. Orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will ship at the commencement of the following week. We typically ship packages within 24-48 hours from an order being received, subject to the conditions above.

We work with UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ship our products worldwide. It's part of our promise to get you the very best shipping rates possible.
ZERO UP-CHARGE POLICY
Our company receives volume discounts from our shipping carriers and has firm policies in place against up-charging those shipping rates. Shipping rates are always charged at true cost by the shipping carrier, and rates are based on a combination of weight, dimensions, and distance.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
RedCarpet ships orders Monday-Friday. Our shipping staff is not available to ship on weekends or national holidays. All orders are guaranteed to process and ship from our kitchen in Chicago, IL the same day or next business day. Please allow an extra 2-5 business days for all orders requesting a special gift message due to the customization involved in our facilities. After your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email with an estimated arrival date and tracking number so you can track your package. We will also send you an email after we receive confirmation that your package has been delivered.
ORDER DELIVERY TIMES
Standard ground shipments generally arrive within 3-5 business days, second day shipments generally arrive within 2 business days, and next day shipments generally arrive on the next business day. Please note these are estimates provided to us by our shipping carriers, and that shipping delays can and often do occur. Our company cannot control and cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive within a certain time frame.
KITCHEN CLOSURE DAYS
Our local kitchen is closed during weekends and in observance of the following national holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day-After-Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Orders placed during these days will ship on the next business day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order ships, we will send you an email with an estimated arrival date and tracking number so you can track your package. We will also send you an email after we receive confirmation that your package has been delivered.
